Carbon acquisition, Enviro Venture

 Bursa Malaysia released an announcement by a listed group
that a carbon entity set up to provide carbon services and trading of
Certified Emission Reductions, CER has been acquired by Enviro Venture.

 The carbon entity, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Enviro Venture,
will be acting as the Coordinating/Managing Entity, CME for its
Clean Development Mechanism, CDM projects in Malaysia.



Enviro Venture is an Australian company in the business of
environmentally sustainable project for renewable resource, CER
origination and carbon finance under the UNFCCC CDM framework.

 Applying and propagating sustainable palm oil practices through CDM,
Enviro Venture develops CDM projects in Malaysia, a Host Nation
for Clean Development Mechanism under the Kyoto Protocol.
