Coral Seaweed

麒麟藻

Managed to find coral seaweed at a market in Lahad Datu

at RM10 /kg. High in collagen, the locals swear by its

ability to restore bone cartilage & banish backpain.

Coral seaweed  |  Eucheuma cottonii 

Soak in chlorine free water at room temperature

for a few hours, until soft & translucent.

Served cold, with salad.
